Specification

1.This series products are refer to the similar foreign advanced equipment, proceeding optimization design, and after repeatedly improvements and long-term production evaluation, is the ideal equipment in mixing resin sand and sodium silicate-bonded sand.
2.This series of products mainly include the following parts: Running gear, Mulling organ ,Feed liquid system and electric control system, etc.
3.Resin and curing agent are added in the sand mixing cage section.
Stir cage mixing the sand in a high-speed of 1000 R.P.M..  For Feed liquid systems consist of constant flow low tension gear pump, variable diaphragm pumps (a trace pump of low-pressure, precise location, introduced from Italy), the proximal control valve and the pipeline.
Electric control system adopt the advanced of the programmable logic controller (PLC), non-contact control. The singnal sending by the Master control device (the button, switch and  position of electronic detection signal switch etc.), was scanned by the PLC machine then forming the logic and time electrical control for the sand muller (i.e., realize the program control of the user by means of the function of the PLC machine).
